The characteristics of digital information is that it can not only be delivered on time, but also overcome the obstacle such as different time zone and area in the first place of transmission. Therefore, it is important to educate young generation of learners to develop value of judgment, learning to interpret visual sign and code, based on multiple perspectives, and gradually to nurture their own value. This research aims to comprehend learners’ interpretation of image, also give an ideal to lecturers to educate students to view image from microscopic perspective instead of simply receiving message but to analyze and understand the image from photographer's angle. The corn qualities as visual authenticity, controversy and educational value must be verified regarding to photography style and content. There are three topics: 1. The category and presentation of photography. 2. The intention of photographer and interpretation of image perception from interpreter. 3. The practicum process of instruction and evaluation. This study adopts the following three methods to examine the topics mentioned above: Firstly, by utilizing literature review analysis and image analysis on contemporary photography, it is to assess image category and access controversial image to estimate it content and analysis. Secondly, by clarifying the intention of photographers and interpretation of readers, it is to compare and analyze the interactions within these two factors. Thirdly, by introducing and viewing some selected contemporary photography as example, and allow the learners to practice pictures taking as well, it is to evaluate learners' perception and learning result through the process of practice. During October 2013, data collection of the course instruction and evaluation is conducted at the site of the Gukeng Elementary School in Yunlin County for a month, to examine the learning effect of student participants of seventh and eighth grades in this school The study aims to emphasize the important educational issue of multiple interpretations of art course teaching, especially on image design which is important learning concept on art appreciation. The study is designed to examine the response, sensory of audiences toward social controversial issue embedded in visual images. Meanwhile, it is to discuss how teacher leading the topic and the initiate the response. Further suggestions and inspection based on the experiment are discussed as conclusion.
