The sources of stress and psychological factors are closely related, so many researchers have started to research this issue. The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychological capital and work stress of the junior high school counselors. Purpose sampling was applied as the approach and the samples focused on the junior high school counselors. 195 samples filled out the questionnaires. There are 156 effective questionnaires, which accounted for the rate of 80%. Based on my assumption and by using the methods of descriptive statistics, MANOVA analysis , and Canonical correlation. The major findings were as follows:
The results are summarized as follow, junior high school counselors’ psychological capital is nagtively related to the working stress. The overall state of junior high school counselors’ psychological capital is in the middle to upper level currently. The overall feeling of junior high school counselors’ working stress is in the middle level currently.
