碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 中國語文學系碩士班 === 102 === As so far, the previous generation has still been a main study subject in the modern poetry forum. However, the definition of every generation is not very precise in many commentaries. This thesis discussed the matter of the post-middle generation poets, and made the demarcation of the post-middle generation explicit. The discussion focused on three poets, Li Chang-Ching, Tin Wei-Zan, and Yen Chung-Cheng, and their common poetic characteristic; in other words, from the viewpoint of “space”, this thesis did research on the poetic style of these three poets which comes from the specific “regional feature” in the “central area” of Taiwan, confirming that “region” is one important theme in the modern poetry field, and opened a new way not only to study but also to broaden the current modern poetry field.
