Baseball is one of the most popular sports in Taiwan. In the 1970, Taiwan-baseball development into a phase of “the Triple Crown”, famous around the world, and foundation laying for international stage of Taiwan. The “Tainan City Public Baseball Field”, who is an important index of baseball development of Taiwan, to be pregnant with excellence baseball contestant. The study was cased of Tainan City Public Baseball Field, using life-applied localization, and combine life-science and technology with the idea of originality digitization and information technology, due to build a high quality baseball-field-culture with circuit facilities, baseball teams, baseball players, and baseball fans.
