The government popularizes wisdom-life and high quality conditions due to using life-applied localization, combine life-science and technology, and enhance quality of life, with the plan of “i236” and to build Wisdom-Taiwan. It is an important source of information with the people who exercise favorite, such as build sports stadium and facilities, and provide the real time on-line information, these all from the White Book of Sport Policy of Ministry of Education of Taiwan. Baseball is one of the most popular sports in Taiwan. In the 1970, Taiwan-baseball development into a phase of “the Triple Crown”, famous around the world, and foundation laying for international stage of Taiwan. The “Tainan City Public Baseball Field”, who is an important index of baseball development of Taiwan, to be pregnant with excellence baseball contestant. The study was cased of Tainan City Public Baseball Field, using life-applied localization, and combine life-science and technology with the idea of originality digitization and information technology, due to build a high quality baseball-field-culture with circuit facilities, baseball teams, baseball players, and baseball fans. A multi-variate culture baseball field, must combine circuit facilities, baseball teams, players, and fans. The e-book reservation with digital multimedia skills, to use the record with the part of “traverse across century of baseball field”, “the diversification sport area”, “the Uni-President Lions Baseball Club (UPLBC) manage”, “the presence with baseball contestant success”, and “all people join baseball”, and design of “the grace of UPLBC Century”, and get record with the history and culture of the Tainan City Public Baseball Field. On the Google Map, digitization originality to effect sales and activation with Tainan City Public Baseball Field characteristic, and design of “The wisdom-baseball-field sustainable development”. The 4 part of “view of baseball field”, “lifestyles of health & sustainability (LOHAS) with ball field”, “the UPLBC sustainable development manage”, and “the classics of baseball”, and design to a guidance map with distinguishing feature landscape and culture scenic spots. It brings culture, leisure, LOHAS, tourism, all combine in baseball field. And build a wisdom-baseball-field due to set a success paragon, advance a high quality environment of leisure and amusement of exercise for all people.
