Therefore, the MRT company wishes to developed a cash/ticketing pickup and delivery routing scheduling system in the real practices. However, currently the planning of the cash/ticketing pickup and delivery routing schedule in Taiwan, depends on staff experience, which is neither effective nor efficient. Therefore, we employed mathematical programming techniques to construct the cash/ticketing pickup and delivery routing scheduling models. This research is expectedly complicated and its scope is large, so we proposed it as a two stage research. In the first, we employed mathematical programming techniques to construct the cash/ticketing pickup and delivery routing scheduling model. Then we develop a solution algorithm for efficiently solving the cash/ticketing pickup and delivery routing problems. Second, we modifying the fixed demand parameters in the corresponding cash/ticketing pickup and delivery routing scheduling model in the first stage model. Then we developed a heuristic algorithm by integrating particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm to efficiently solve the proposed model. This research had been evaluated by carrying out a MRT company case study using real data and suitable assumptions, and then sensitive analysis also been performed for different parameters. Conclusions and suggestions showed that this model and the algorithm can be used in actual and given as an example.
