This results in many disasters all ever the world. We should prevent creating any more of destruction to our environment. Also it is important to build a predict and monitor system for climate. In this work, a monitor system of environment is established along a river for sensing temperature, humidity, wind speed and stream. The environmental parameters were collected using water level, humidity water flow, temperature and wind speed sensors. The data from each sensor was transferred through ethernet network to PLC, and a fiber optic backbone was built to connect each PLC. The data finally feeds into HMI SCADA database system. With establishment of the system, we can remotely analyze and monitor the changes of environment in real time. As a result, before typhoons or heavy rain leading to a flood, we can escape from danger area urgently or move valuables goods to safe area in advance.
