Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit is the most important public transit of Kaohsiung City and surely impacts the development and the real estate market of Nan-tzu District. To explore that impact, this paper uses five dimensions to discuss the relationship between Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit and the real estate prices of Nan-tzu District, trying to clarify the numerous factors influencing the real estate prices of Nan-tzu District. The result shows that Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit has positive impact on housing prices of Nan-tzu District.
