Because of the host virtualization causes a huge change for network development, for this reason the bidirectional link between the virtual network and the physical network becomes an important research topic. In spite of the physical machine or the virtual machine, all of them need network switch for interconnection. The layer 2 and layer 3 virtual switch by using software technology can provide effective isolation, linked network segment and assign IP address for virtual machine, therefore, the clouds network deploy becomes more elasticity and simplification. This research applies OPENSTACK and NEUTRON plug into not only constructing a network resource pool, also demonstrating the network resources control and the actual situation conformity. It provides easier management functions for clouds dynamic network resources which includes provision, recycling, update, and inquiry.
