Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 運籌管理研究所 === 102 === In recent years, naval ships repair and maintenance is facing aging vessels, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), man-power resource retired, experience faults and other issues.The military service system is changing year by year, and budget of defense is tightening and tightening.For Navy Logistics and Supporting Command,it is undoubtedly a great challenge to maintain the quality and to respond the incoming "defense budget tightening", "repair and maintenance energy fault", "DMSMS" and "loading growth" in the same time. This study interviewed the experts engaged in naval ships repair and maintenance business for more than 15 years with the viewpoint of "Catalytic Mechanism" (Jim Collins, 1999a) to explore where the Works Agency’s "Catalytic Mechanism" are to reach the ship repair core concepts, maintain the core values, and enhance the performance.And conclude to “Recognize difficult to retain the core values”, “Standardize the catalytic mechanism”, “No communication, No achievement” and “All from ourselves”.
