Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理研究所 === 102 === This study aims to understand the personality characteristics of the first line management personnel of a personal care chain store. Specifically, the research focuses on the five personality characteristics of store managers and assistant managers regarding their performance within and out of their job scopes, includes extroversion, friendliness, self- discipline, emotional stability and intelligence. Through understanding how these five personal characteristics affect job performance to enhance the job performance of management teams and optimize sales results of individual stores. Using descriptive statics and ANOVA via on-line questionnaire survey of the managers and assistant managers from Poya ninety stores from 5/1/2014 to 5/18/2014, after subtracting ineffective samples, 215 effective samples are collected. From this study, the key findings are:
