RFID and positioning technology are beneficial to public and society but are harmful to privacy. How to balance between technology development and privacy protection and make a law to protect privacy and to better for the development of technology is important issue. The applied introduction of RFID technology and related technique is explored in the research. The risk of technology applications and abuses of private information, personal privacy in the workplace will be discussed in the research specially the dispute of privacy and the effect of labor right on the basis of the labor law of different countries then propose conclusions and suggestion.
