Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 102 === This study was to investigate the relationship between service-learning attitude and service-learning incorporate into multivariate learning performance of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City. Survey research was conducted for this study. And a total of 657 acceptable questionnaire were collected. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. And the findings released that: 1. Junior high school teachers have above the moderate perception on service-learning attitude, and implementation difficulties of service-learning incorporate into multivariate learning performance, but above the moderate level on service-learning incorporate into multivariate. 2. Working year has a significant difference on service-learning attitude. 3.Service-learning incorporate into multivariate learning performance and its implementation difficulties of Junior high school teachers will differ due to their school scale. 4. There is a moderate relationship between service-learning attitude and service-learning incorporate into multivariate learning performance. Basing on conclusions, this study offered suggestions for educational administrations , junior high school principals and teachers, and researches in the future to promote service-learning attitude, service-learning incorporate into multivariate learning performance and implementation difficulties.
