A questionnaire survey was conducted, and the research tool was the self-developed questionnaire on technology acceptance and satisfaction of the e-document system. By two-stage stratified sampling, 498 questionnaires were distributed, and 469 questionnaires were returned. After eliminating the invalid samples, there were 426 valid samples, with a valid return rate of 90.8%. The data were analyzed using SPSS (version 14.0) for statistical analysis. The results were presented by descriptive statistics, and the hypotheses were validated by inferential statistics. The statistical methods included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The “technology acceptance” is good and “users’ satisfaction” is above average for the elementary school administrative personnel in Kaohsiung City in using the electronic approval document system. 2. Under the dimension of “technology acceptance”, the “weekly usage frequency” of the electronic document approval system reaches significant differences for the elementary school administrative personnel in Kaohsiung City. 3. Under the dimension of “user satisfaction”, the “system quality” and “service quality” perceived by the elementary school administrative personnel in Kaohsiung City reach significant differences. 4. The “technology acceptance” and “satisfaction of using the e-document system” of the elementary school administrative personnel in Kaohsiung City show positive results. 5. The “technology acceptance” can predict the satisfaction of using the e-document system. Based on the results, suggestions are proposed to the educational administrative authorities and school administrative personnel. Ping-Huang Chang 張炳煌 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 131 zh-TW |
