In addition, with the development of information media, it also spread a lot of negative demonstrations imperceptibly and led to the increasing teens’ problems. However, teenagers are the cornerstones of our country, but they are most easily affected by the surrounding environment which has adverse impacts and this phenomenon resulted in their deviant behavior and will affect their growth and development seriously in the future. Therefore, the junior high school students at this stage really need a model to identify and follow, and this model can guide them to develop a positive self-concept and cultivate the healthy personality. However, most of this great responsibility usually falls on the teachers who teach Arts and Humanities, Integrative Activities and PE and have the duty to control the classroom in junior high school. In addition to concern the students, they still have to act as a communication bridge between the students and the parents. As for the policies from the superior instructors and the school, that must also be communicated and implemented by them. Seen, the work of the teachers can be quite tedious, and the pressure derives from the work is also very considerable. The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the work stress and the efficiency of classroom management of junior high school teachers who teach Arts and Humanities, Integrative Activities and PE and have the duty to control the classroom. And it also examine if the personality will be a moderator to the the work stress and the efficiency of classroom management. The study is conducted in the way of quantitative research design and survey research methods. A total of 200 questionnaires are distributed to the teachers who teach Arts and Humanities, Integrative Activities and PE and have the duty to control the classroom in junior high school in Kaohsiung City. But only 176 questionnaires are evaluated as valid. The students are those who are taught by the teachers who teach Arts and Humanities, Integrative Activities and PE and have the duty to control the classroom in junior high school. A total of 210 questionnaires are distributed to the students. But only 176 questionnaires are evaluated as valid. The collected data in effective questionnaires is calculated and analyzed by the statistical analysis tools –Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 21.0 for Windows). The analysis method includes Descriptive Statistics, Pearson Product-moment Correlation, and Step-wise regression analysis. According to the literature review and the results of data analysis, the conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. There was a positive influence between the personality and the efficiency of classroom management of the teachers who teach Arts and Humanities, Integrative Activities and Health and PE and have the duty to control the classroom in junior high school in Kaoshiung City. 2. There was a negative influence between the work stress and the efficiency of classroom management of the teachers who teach Arts and Humanities, Integrative Activities and Health and PE and have the duty to control the classroom in junior high school in Kaoshiung City. 3.The personality has the positive moderator for the work stress and the efficiency of classroom management of the teachers who teach Arts and Humanities, Integrative Activities and Health and PE and have the duty to control the classroom in junior high school in Kaoshiung City. Finally, according to the above conclusions, the researcher also proposes some discussions in theory and in practice and lists some limits and suggestions about this study.
