This research adopted questionnaire method and collected data by convenience sampling and paper questionnaire survey. The samples consisted of the serving civil servants of Kaohsiung City Hall. A total of 450 questionnaires were issued and 324 were valid. Using SPSS 19 statistical software as statistical tool, through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical methods, the study explored the relations of work attitude, work resources and work/family conflict, and testified the hypothesis. After empirical analysis, the study obtained the following conclusions: 1. The work attitude of civil servants was negatively related to work/family conflict. 2. Work resources do not have interference on the conflict between family and job attitude .According to the research results, the study suggests that government can build a team finding balance between work and family by providing complete career planning for employee, strengthening the affective commitment of civil servants; government agencies may also improve servants’ family perception and reduce work/family conflict, and thus obtain a higher intention to stay and work performance.
