It explored the effect of work attitude of civil servants on work/family conflict, with personality traits as moderating variable. Data was collected by convenience sampling and paper questionnaire survey. A total of 450 questionnaires were issued and 324 were valid. Using SPSS 18 statistical software as statistical tool, through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical methods, the study found: 1. Civil servant in Kaohsiung City recognized the personality trait scale in a positive way, but not for the work resources scale and left a great space to improve; conflict of work to family was higher than the family to work. 2. The personality traits of Kaohsiung city have a significant positive effect on work/family conflict. 3. The work resources of Kaohsiung city have a significant positive effect on work/family conflict. 4. Different personality traits have a moderating role in the relationship between work resources and work/family conflict. At the end, the study proposed the elimination of civil servants' neuroticism, enhancement of friendliness and reduction of work/family conflict; the study also suggested guiding a proper concept of organizational family support, optimizing the organization of family policy and reducing work/family conflict.
