The data was collected through questionnaires, and the survey samples consisted of 700 high school and vocational school students who lived in Penghu County. Several instruments were used, including “Attitude of Participating Extracurricular Activities Scale”, “Self-Concept Scale”, and “Human Relation Scale”. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Based on the findings, suggestions were made for students, parents, educators and workers in related fields. The main findings were summarized as follows: 1.The high school and vocational school students are active and positive towards clubs at school. They expose students’ attitude of participating extracurricular activities is positive. 2.Self-concept of high school and vocational school students presents the positive case. They have good self-concept on the whole, except for lower scores in self-concept on academic performance. 3.The high school and vocational school students are active and positive towards interpersonal relationship. It exposes a lot of students’ interpersonal relationship is good. 4.The high school and vocational school students’ attitude of participating extracurricular activities has significant difference due to their school styles, grades, family types, family social and economic status, types of participating extracurricular activities, how long to participate extracurricular activities, join to the club by their mind or not, their position in club, and like the club that they join at school now or not. 5.The high school and vocational school students’ interpersonal relationship show significant differences due to their genders, school styles, grades, join to the club by their mind or not, and like the club that they join at school now or not. 6.The more positive attitude of participating extracurricular activities and self-concept high school and vocational school students have, the more positive and active overall interpersonal relationship they have. 7.Attitude of participating extracurricular activities and self-concept of high school and vocational school students can effectively predict their interpersonal relationship, in which social self-concept has the best predictive power.
