That is to enable to combine the theory and practice to prepare in advance for enter the workplace. However, students participating in internship, who can understand the needs of industry and market trend, and encourage students to enhance their professional knowledge and skills, which stimulate entrepreneur’s perception. This study aims to investigate the relationship and the current situation among internship satisfaction, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial capatity. The study was conducted by means of questionnaire survey. The target participants were department of hospitality management in universities in Taiwan have been involved in internships and the student internships has been completed. Total of 370 questionnaires were sent out, 343 copies were valid and the usable rate is 92.7%. The results are as follows: (1) The internship satisfaction of department of hospitality management students has positive influence on entrepreneurial self-efficacy; (2) the entrepreneurial self-efficacy has positive influence on entrepreneurial capacity.; (3) the entrepreneurial self-efficacy is a mediated factor between internship satisfaction and entrepreneurial capacity.
