| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立澎湖科技大學 === 服務業經營管理研究所 === 102 === Internship program is to learn the actual operation of the industry for students during the semester, and implement to the combination of theories and practice. It expects the students to have the ability to enter the workplace. However, some students after the internship experience, probably due to internships environmental, internships interpersonal relationships, etc., led to affect students' internships satisfaction, and even produce the less assurance for the industry, and decided not to continue to remain the same industry.
This study aims to investigate the relationship and the current situation among internship environment perception, internship satisfaction and industry intention to stay. The study was conducted by means of questionnaire survey. The target participants were department of tourism and leisure of university in Taiwan have been involved in internships of students. Total of 385 questionnaires were sent out, 340 copies were valid and the usable rate is 83.3%. Researcher got the following generalization: First of all, the internship environment perception has positive influence on internship satisfaction. Second, internship satisfaction has positive influence on industry intention to stay. The last, the internship satisfaction is a mediated factor between internship environment perception and industry intention to stay.
