This study used the questionnaire,”The Research of the Relationship Between the Pingtung County Junior High School Principals’ Moral Leadership and the School Effectiveness” for the investigation and the public junior high school teachers in Pingtung County were involved. 450 copies of the questionnare were issued, and 412 of them were valid. The availability rate of the valid questionnaires reached to 91.5%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression statistical methods were applied to analyze the data of these valid questionnaires. According to the results of the data analysis, the conclusions are as follows: First, Pingtung County junior high school teachers in the principals’ moral leadership as a whole and each degree above the average level of awareness, which is a higher level of consciousness "morality" level. Second, Pingtung County junior high school teachers in the school and all aspects of cognitive performance of the overall degree above average, which is a higher level of consciousness "teaching quality" level. Third, male teachers, administrative teachers ( those teachers who also perform administrative functions), and the teachers in a large school which contains over 36 classes have a higher perception toward their principals’ moral leadership. Fourth, male teachers, teachers whose career ages are over 21 years, administrative teachers, and teachers from general areas have a higher perception of the school effectiveness. Fifth, junior high school principals who apply moral leadership show a relatively good performance on their school effectiveness. Sixth, “to reflect on practice”, one of the principals’ moral leadership, is more likely to predict the school effectivenss. Finally, some suggestions based on the conclusions, can serve as a reference for the educational administration, junior high school principals and future researchers.
