Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 102 === Due to the lack of resources and costs increasing, many scholars study the project scheduling problem under resource constraints. A feasible project schedule should consider factors of the sequence of activities, number of resources needs, the amount of resources limitation. In this thesis, the resource-constrained project scheduling problem is discussed. In this problem, a large scale project contains several small projects and these small projects all contain setup time to start performing processes. When small projects are interrupted due to resources reallocation, set-up time needs to perform when small projects started again. This thesis applies the criterion of EDSPT and EDLPT rules to schedule and rearrange the project scheduling. When comparing with the basic traditional dispatching rules, the result shows that the proposed method is better than traditional dispatching rules.
