Based on trust, salemen would share knowledge what they have learned skills to colleagues and the process of sharing knowledge would help salesmen to create different ides, creation or improving management process. The research subjects were 722 salement of information services industry in the Pingtung area.220 questionnaires were returned and the returned rate is 30.5%. The results showen that the organizational trust, trust between supervisor and colleagues and trust among colleagues would incluence significantly the innovative behavior of salement in information service industry, but only under the basis of organizational trust, colleagues would share their knowledge with other workers. Finally, trust is not an antecedent to incluence the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Through the result from this study to understand the innovative behavior of salesment, the result recommended that the firm could create an atmosphere of trust, and enhance the relationship between managers and employees, and promote a sense of trust among employees and enhance the staff knowledge sharing behavior through the management mechanism and then it would increase the innovation behavior of salement.
