Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系所 === 102 === Nowadays, gear reducers have already been widely applied to all kinds of industries. The main purpose gear reducer is to reduce the rotational speed of motor to the speed gear reducers need and to raise the output torque with as low a loss of power as possible. Transferring high power and enduring large loading, the gear reducers used in traditional heavy industry are usually huge, for which replacing parts, overhauling, and measure loading data are difficult. The research subject of this thesis is a four-stage gear reducer applied in steel rolling. For the gear reducer, in the paper build a set of analytic model and procedure that can calculate the gear fatique safety factor, the flank safety factor and root safety factor of gear pairs, and the life time of bearing, by KISSsys a mechanical system designing model of KISSsoft a mechanical-component-designing business software. Furthermore, in order to obtain better values of flank safety factor, root safety factor, transmission error and face load coefficient, in the paper build the RBF surrogate models of target functions based on the data of uniform experiments. Then, optimization technique is applied to search optimal solutions to design parameters of the gear reducer. At last, in the paper put the optimal solutions of design parameters to the analytic model of gear reducer and propose an improved version of gear reducer. The improved design of gear reducer can be reference to industry in evaluating and examining strength and transmission characteristics of four stage gear reducer designing applied in steel rolling in the future.
