碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 高階經營碩士班 === 102 === The aim of this study is to identify the key success strategy of utilize Third-Party Logistics for Y Global Company worldwide outsourcing. By analyzing the current Y company 3PL using status and significance of each factor. We identified how to assign different 3PL in different regions. This will benefit Y Company to increase the competition both on cost and service level to their customers. Also identified 3PL outsource process flows including: standard RFQ /MOP content, supplier selection criteria, implementation process flows / steps, audit content as well as how to keep operation and service in a certain level.
