This study discussed in our country since the retrocession of Taiwan police policy evolution for the body, the criminal investigation and prevention of performance management policy for the use of the police to the Kaohsiung City Government Police Department, for example, the use of the criminal police officers of the population, intended to quality both ways, through the collection of performance-related companies and the public sector or non-profit organizations to assess management theory and practice, research and analysis to detect performance assesses the effectiveness of prevention and management of criminal police officers to discuss the implementation of the current system on the effectiveness of the police carry out the maintenance of law and order relationship, hoping to provide the National Police criminal Investigation Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government police Department as well as other cities and counties to enhance the effectiveness of the police organization specific assessment methods and recommendations.
