Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 生死教育與輔導研究所 === 102 === The purposes of the study was to explore the professional identity and working experience of counseling psychologist in the Interdisciplinary team of “the counseling and service model of induced abortion” A qualitative research by using depth interview and content analysis was conducted. Four counseling psychologists who joined the counseling and service model of induced abortion research projects during 2009 to 2009 were interviewed. The findings of the research are as follows: 1.The counseling and service model of induced abortion demonstrate a good practices paragon of counseling psychologist collaboration with in medical setting. 2.Both interdisciplinary model and multidisciplinary model are adopted in the counseling and service model of induced abortion projects base upon the medical setting organization and personnel characteristic. 3.The counseling and service model of induced abortion had detail working instructions and procedures. The study showed the counseling psychologist joined had a consistency consensus of the professional role. 4.The professional role of counseling psychologist including: an initiator and advocator of abortion counseling, the provider of well-being service, the counselor of medical emergency decision-making, can build up a professional prelateship with client in a short period, providing counselling skill training programs to medical personnel, help medical personnel more friendly to interact with patient, can making proper professional decision in a dilemma, can reduce medical personnel’s psychological stress about the induced abortion surgery. 5.The counseling psychologist working with the counseling and service model of induced abortion had stable professional identity. 6.Counseling psychologist want to working in gynecology and obstetrics medical setting need to take some interprofessional education programs and have cross culture and decision making counseling skill training. A discussion base on above findings was concluded some suggestions for further research.
