Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 中西醫結合護理研究所 === 102 === This study aims at exploring the effectiveness of improving stress by auricular acupressure on young students. The sample of 100 students with perceived stress was selected from a private vocational high school. This study adopted the quasi-experimental design. The experimental group (n=33) was given the auricular pellet acupressure treatment (liver, spleen), the sham experimental group (n=33) was treated with duct tape, and the control group (n = 34) did not receive any intervention. HRV and perceived stress scale (PSS) were measured at the 1st, 4th, and 8th weeks. The experimental group and the sham experiential group received auricular acupressure treatment of the liver and spleen acupoints for 8 weeks. The results showed that pressure sensory improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than the sham experimental group and the control group. The experimental group also showed the improvements on heart rate variability and Auricular, but did not reach statistically significant differences.
