For healthy aging and better life quality, the elderly seek for the physical, mental and spiritual harmony through more leisure activities. This study was carried at to explore the current status of seniors’ leisure participation, to examine their physical, mental, and spiritual heath, and to offer suggestions about senior well-being to governments. 377 senior citizens completed three questionnaires: Leisure Participation Measurement Scale, SF-12 Health Survey, and Spiritual Health Scale, and descriptive statistics and structural equation models were conducted to perform the analysis. The results of this study were that mental, physical, and spiritual activities affected mental health positively and directly, then physical and spiritual health indirectly.
