Painting is a form of nonverbal communication and a sonorous expression for children, which is more distinguishable than any other languages. In the current diversified teaching environment, painting is indeed a strong implication of children’s mental growth. The author as an elementary school teacher through student counseling found that most of the misbehaviors of children these days lie in poor communication or children unable to express themselves properly. Therefore, the author would like to use the children's painting and fine arts which combine with group guidance to provide substantial help to the children. The objective of this study was to investigate the sixth graders, who have behavior troubles or problems in everyday life, through the graphical interpretation or analysis of their paintings , to further understand the true meaning of their paintings. By designing counseling activities through artistic media, to assist in the comprehensive development of the student’s emotions and interpersonal relationships. The research methodology is based on the analysis, consolidation and categorization of the paintings and the creations from different students. We proposed the teaching reviews and the reflections of action research with the teaching processes and the learning outcomes of students. The authors summarized this study with the following conclusions: 1.Students like to create their own works by themselves which were all happy from the creative process in class, the experience of their own emotions release and learn to get along with people. 2.The use of multimedia teaching, students have considerable interest and attention, to stimulate students interest in learning and creation. 3.Through the process in student co-creation of learning to respect others, to work together and interpersonal learning. 4.To lead the students into counseling courses themes and arts creative on the way to the game,which allow students more interested in learning. 5.Teachers use remedial teaching of art in diverse for students which have a basic and positive mental growth in the "emotional management" and " relationships". Painting for children is a natural expression of their thoughts. Through this study, the sixth grade children can be better comprehended and the research results will be presented as well as specific recommendations for future research and reference in children counseling.
