碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 102 === Historical development of serial pursuing success activities in Guoshing Township in Nantou County: From the Public-Private Partnership perspective Abstract The research uses the serial pursuing success activities in Guoshing Township in Nantou County as the study case, trying to examine how the whole activities combined folk sports with traditional festivals and how they affected the development of local industries. In addition, by studying related literature and conducting in-depth interviews, the research analyzed the cooperation relationship between the participants form public and private sectors in three different perspectives, resource dependence, social responsibility and intersectoral relationship, hoping to help improve the ability and increase the will of attending public affairs for the public and private sectors in order to better preserve the culture and market the industries. Research founding as follows: 1. Guoshing township office has accomplished a great achievement in drawing the residents in the township closer, preserving the culture and marketing the industries in the last twelve times of pursuing success activities. 2. The office still cooperated with the profit- oriented organizations of private sector in a vertical specialization relationship. 3. The cooperation between the office and the non-profit organizations of private sector is inclined to be the horizontal specialization relationship in responsibility, resource and profits sharing perspectives. Research recommendations: 1. For public sector: The integrated plan of the activity policy should be well organized; the public sector should work with the private sector more constructively. 2. For profit-oriented organizations: The organizations should devote more into upgrading the industries and attending public affairs; the organizations should work more on horizontal alliances. 3. For non-profit organizations: The organizations should create a communicative platform for cooperation with the public sector and organizations in affiliated industries; the organizations should improve their organizational ability for better cooperative learning.
