Three purposes of the research were as follows: first, to formulate an adventure education program that cotributed to group cohesiveness; second, to assess the performance and cohesiveness of the club after the implementation of the program; and third, to understand the reflection and professional development of the researcher after the implementation of the program. The research results were as follows: (a) The programs of adventure education could be developed to improve group cohesiveness. (b) There were positive effects in cohesion in an secondary club with adventure education. (c) The results suggested that action research could enhance the researcher’s professional development.
