What business strategies should be take for a special lighting lamps agent of Taiwan's SMEs enters the Mainland China market? How to maintain and keep competitive advantage? Due to Taiwan's semiconductor industry in recent years, a new expansion plans focused on advanced process evolution, the demand for special exposure lighting lamp and not much improvement, coupled with the panel industry investment stagnated, no significant expansion plans. In contrast, mainland China; recently introduced 10 years the total size of five hundred billion Yuan of industrial funds, to build on the semiconductor industrial from Top、middle and downstream industries, By the way, the panel industry is also positive, according to DisplaySearch data; China may have 16 new panel plants put into production until to 2016. For special lighting lamps 26 years of experience of agents in Taiwan understand the high inventory, high accounts receivable is a special lighting business by normal operating mode in Taiwan. This ecological development, special agents of the lighting lamps to maintain, and even expand the market share of the market, we must face the changes of the operating environment; Taiwan's SMEs have to face the challenges of the mainland China market. In this study, thinking about the next five years, the development of a special lighting lamps agents on the mainland China, in the face of a special light lamps may be the business model of high inventory, high accounts receivable challenges when funds directly or indirectly injected mainland subsidiaries, there are several operating policy options, taking into account the foreign-owned enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures, Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises and other market entry models, business strategy research will explore different facets of investment laws, funds and corporate culture into the mode were analyzed. In this study selected a better business strategy for the future development of the company.
