Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 綠色能源科技學系碩士班 === 102 === This study discusses fuel cell hybrid vehicles, and uses the proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) as the primary power source with Ultra-battery or Li-ion battery for auxiliary power. This paper compares the energy performance of Ultra-battery and Li-ion battery respectively, and simulates its dynamic behavior and observes with overall performance by Matlab / Simulink. This study describes PEMFC, Ultracapacitor, Lead-acid battery and Ultra-battery model structure, then tests performance of fuel cell hybrid vehicle by using ECE40 driving cycle. There are 4 different power output modes in the simulation, such as high power load requirement, low power load requirement, normal power load require and charge mode. According to the 4 modes, the driving cycle simulated the energy requirements of motor and hybrid energy output state. The results show that Li-ion battery has more than 0.1% energy can be recycled than Ultra-Battery. In terms of fuel economy, Ultra-Battery is only 0.1% lower than Li-ion battery. In terms of cost considerations, the cost of Ultra-Battery is expected to decline 35% than Li-ion battery in the same specification. When cost and fuel economy were both considered, Ultra-Battery were competitive with Li-ion battery.
