Likewise, the public sector, such as military also encounter the same difficulty to adapt to crucial environmental change and enhance employee job performance.Using exampleof armedforcesrefiningprogram,thisstudy aimstoexplore the moderating effect ofworkplacefriendship on downsizing andworkattitudes. The empirical results show that workplace friendship has a significantly positive effect on work attitudes.
