The research motivation was to enhance the efficiency and speed of sealing machines by allowing two people to work on a single sealing machine at the same time and by combining it with the use of a label printer to reduce cost and increase profit based on operational demands. In order to enhance the operational efficiency of such facilities, the first problem that needs to be solved is mechanical vibration. Vibration usually occurs with these types of machines, and solving the vibration problem is the main key to improving the efficiency of the machines. This study considered the sources of vibration in its investigation and took actual measurements for the evaluation and analysis of the sources of vibration in the machines. Improvements were made to the products according to the actual measurement numbers to prove that the theory can be implemented for the actual production facilities. The main purpose of this study was to find the equations of motion for this system and to establish experiments to measure the vibration situation. Furthermore, the computer-aided analysis software ANSYS was used to establish a mechanical computer model in order to further use dynamic simulation to obtain the vibration results, which can be used to verify the mechanical analysis and design. Included with this study is detailed information on the new patent. The production of the newly improved machine has been quantified to provide the industry with information for practical application.
