Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 教育心理與輔導學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of the study was to explore the current situation of self-care, counseling self-efficacy and supervision needs of junior high school counselors, and to explore their differences on these research variables across different background variables. This research used questionnaires as tools, including "the basic data", "the scale of counselors’ self-care", "the scale of counseling self-efficacy" and "needs for supervision questionnaire". Participants in the study were counselors who were working in public junior high schools in Taiwan during the academic year 2013. A total of 749 questionnaires were sent out, and 453 were recovered, all recovered questionnaires were valid. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of this study demonstrated that: 1.Junior high school counselors who are different in genders and marriages are different in self-care. 2.Junior high school counselors who are different in genders, ages, marriages, educational levels, professional backgrounds, school counseling work years and counseling cases on average week are different in counseling self-efficacy. 3.Junior high school counselors who are different in genders, ages, marriages, educational levels, professional backgrounds, school counseling work years and counseling cases on average week are different in supervision needs. Finally, according to these study results suggested the limitations of the study and made recommendations for practice and future research.
