The strength of the Netherlands is so strong breeze associated with the club organizational strategy. Because PKC club has the best record with the largest scale, worthy of further exploration. The purpose of this study is understanding the formation of the Dutch korfball club and analyzing development strategy of the Dutch korfball club case. Our study approach are observation, semistructured interview and literature review. After finishing reading research and integrating relevant information to explore the following conclusions: 1. The developing of Dutch korfball association and the international korfball organizations formated Dutch korfball clubs and Club Alliances Development Strategy. It also formed upgrade and downgrade system of Dutch korfball club and major competitions. Development of sports clubs in the Netherlands provide people good environment for exercising, make young students form good habits of a lifetime exercise and enhance athletic strength. 2. Developing strategy of PKC clubs: PKC Korfball Club from the grassroots level, a complete child youth development programs, excellent coaching team, Ben Crum coach coach has extensive coaching experience, as well as the Dutch national team's gold medal coach, constantly cultivate the top players, plus the great PKC Korfball Club volunteers, establish the uniqueness of the club development and become korfball club sports development indicator.Dutch korfball has been able to dominate the world, mainly due to the Dutch korfball club system is complete. The business operation and strategy of PKC club and PKC club training mode that allows the club to become full-PKC Netherlands is also the country's largest club first club.PKC
