All rules amendedwould affect Taekwondo competitions styles and training programs. The purpose of this research was to investigate the differences of Taekwondo players attack formats between 2008 and 2012 Olympic Taekwondo Games. The research methods includedocument analysis and in-depth interview to understand how the rules amending affected training programs and competitions. The findingsform 6 respondents: 1. Middle attack in tradition protector scores was judged by referees in 2008, then rules amended to middle attack electronic protector, judging the scores by electronic scoring system in 2012 Olympic Games. 2.Rules was amended to 4 points about attacking the opponent face and upper bodyenhance athletics to attack upper body.Itwere concludedthat Electronic Scoring Systemaimed to ensuring fairness in Taekwondo competitions. Andcoaches and athletes will do much training about skills, mental training, and physical conditions for attacking and defensing upper body.
