The education of environmental preservation begins in the elementary school. Hence the purpose of this research is to study how to create a sustainably green campus for the Jhengbin elementary school in Keelung, Taiwan. The campus would be transformed from the prospect of sustainability, green, activation, and regionalization. As compared to the present status of Jhengbin campus, the results of this research show that the example case of this study have the following benefits: increase 152 m2 green areas on vertical facade of fence and retaining wall, 3,215.2 m2 roof green areas, and 15.49 kWp capacity of solar photovoltaic panels. In addition, installment of the solar photovoltaic panels will increase 12,664.62 kWh of electricity annually, which will further reduce 7,750.75 kg of CO2 emissions, and reduce the emissions of NOx/SOx about 132.57 kg, upgrading the effects up to 343%.
