Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 光電科學研究所 === 102 === We have successfully demonstrated eco-friendly, stretchable, flexible and removable adhesive photodetectors using the hybrid of graphene and chlorophyll a derived from marine diatom Thalassiosira pseudonana. The graphene and chlorophyll a hybrid can be readily fabricated on plydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate with solution-process. With the pronounced photoresponse under light illumination, the eco-friendly hybrid photoconductor exhibits a good stability regardless of its physical presentation. Our work may promote marine diatom derived materials for diversified applications in advanced functional optoelectronics and open the route toward the development of green photonics.
