In addition to understanding the status of the primary school administrative service quality and teacher’s job satisfaction in Penghu County, we compare the differences between variables from diverse backgrounds. And then analyze the correlation and predictive power of the primary school administrative service quality and teacher’s job satisfaction in Penghu County. This research adopts “the questionnaire for primary school administrative service quality and teacher’s job satisfaction in Penghu County” as a research tool to make an investigation. Then, we carry out the census of all the certified teachers in Penghu. And execute the analysis of survey data by using the statistical techniques such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression. According to the summary of results, we have the following conclusions: 1.Elementary school teachers in Penghu County held the positive attitude on the performance of the current school administrative service quality. The “correct and effective implementation” is the best through the performance of each dimension. 2.Elementary school teachers in Penghu County satisfied on the performance of the current job satisfaction. The “interpersonal” is the best through the performance of each dimension. 3.The male teachers were significantly higher than female on the perception of the school administrative service quality and teacher’s job satisfaction. 4.There were no significant differences between the teachers of different ages in the overall school administrative service quality and teacher’s job satisfaction. 5.There were no significant differences between the teachers with different years of service in the overall school administrative service quality and teacher’s job satisfaction. 6.The teachers who hold concurrent posts as director or section chief have a higher rating on the school administrative service quality. But no significant differences on the part of job satisfaction. 7.The teachers from the school having fewer than six classes were better than the teachers from the school having more than thirteen classes on the perception of the school administrative service quality evaluation and teacher’s job satisfaction. 8.The teachers from remote areas school were higher than the teachers from urban areas and islands on the perception of the school administrative service quality evaluation and teacher’s job satisfaction. 9.There was a significant positive correlation between the school administrative service quality and teacher’s job satisfaction. 10.The low and high of school administrative service quality can predict the level of teacher’s job satisfaction.
