The method is a questionnaire approach.Self-designed questions were used.The study took 14 junior high school teachers who have experience of professional learning community in Taipei City as the test samples. 388 copies were used and 337 ones were retrieved(retrieval rate is 87%),318 copies of valid samples of the study(valid retrieval rate is 94%).The data were analyzed by statistical software.The conclusions were as follows: Professional learning community interaction for the teachers of junior high schools was fine, and advanced teachers’professional ability,and teachers focused on teachers' cognition of professional growth was the mediator variable on the relaionship between professional learning community interaction and teaching innovation. Based on the findings of this study,suggestions for educational practice and recommendations for future reserch were provided.
