This research is different, we focus on the victims. In this research, we want to find out peers attitude toward bullying victims. Tendency to blame/ like the victims of bullying in junior high school students of Tucheng District (N=315) was examined by manipulating gender of victims and type of bullying. Participants were randomly assigned to 1 of 4 scenarios describing a bullying episode and rated on questions about how much they like the victim and how much they held the victim responsible for what had happened. Besides, participants were also asked to answer 44 questions about school moral atmosphere. The results indicate that (a) bullying type can influence how much children like the victim. (b) Take participants’ gender as a moderator, which can predict that the tendency’s preference to victims is influenced by the school moral atmosphere. (c) Take participants’ grade as a moderator, which can predict that the tendency to blame the victim is influenced by the type of bullying. According to the results, we provide two recommendations: (a) Take restorative justice as a method to reduce bullying victims’ damage. (b) To help bully victim readapt school life, besides focusing on school collective factors, we need to be aware of the variance in students’ personal factors.
