They cut the investment of information system and think about how to decrease the maintain cost of information system. Cloud computing provide more convenience and flexible service to the user. The application software of manufacture and selling like SaaS’s usage rate will be improve from 22% to 45%. Especially for basic software like OA, financial management, CRM, ERP, the customer will be easy to accept SaaS service model. In this future development, how to provide the solution of CRM with better quality and fitter will be a very important issue. The study of cloud computing -VIdegrre, use I-S Model to analysis the expectation and satisfaction of service quality for customers and the study result will provide the way for the service team to improve product function and resource allotment. The study analysis results show 2 parts that connect outside application system need to approve. So the system provider needs to think about how to connect more effectively with the other cloud computing system. In the same time, they still think about the working convenience, whole system quality and improve selling management function. In service quality index, the research reveals the customers are very concern the system stability, so need to check the expectation of customers and approve the back-up system.
