| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 文化資源與休閒產業學系 === 102 === With the development of the leisure industry, the semi-open landscape baths presenting a good blend of view and privacy are gradually popular with the tourists. The planning must take slope gradient, slope direction, water-and-soil conservation into consideration, and make a good blend of buildings, rockeries, ponds, privacy ,and even take account of the view peculiarity. It also needs professional design, the correct survey of the surrounding environment and the use of the locality function to create a pleasant bathing environment.
Corrently the studies how to make a plan, how to design ,or how to build baths are not sufficient. I hope the study that analyzes and discusses the relevant factors of the locality and design of landscape baths could be a basis for planning and construction. Recommendations through practical process offer the B&B industry the reference for design and construction in the future. I adopt literature analysis, investigation and analysis of the construction locality, design and actual construction as the topics, and make a integrated research.
Taking example by Zui-yue Vacation B&B and Moonbay Forest Villa, with the design principles of nature, saving, and aesthetic feeling, the planning of baths bases on the status of locality, the advantages and disadvantages between the nature and cultural environment,and the application of landscape gardening to create high-quality relaxing space. According to the results of the locality analysis, Zui-yue Vacation B&B appears with oriental landscape gardening that matches the buildings in the design. On the other hand, Moonbay Forest Villa places rule lines and Zen to show western style in landscape architecture. In order to promote the local cultural resources and characteristics, the local natural materials for building try to be used as much as possible,and the landscape gardening ,similarly, needs to be harmonized with the orginal terrain features and to be combined with the natural wind, water, and light. And further, mix these elements well and merge them into the landscape bathing space which is rich in scenic garden art.
Through this study, I hope to provide a reference for the designers and the industry of semi-open landscape baths from planning and designing to construction analysis and discussion in practical terms.
