This research mainly investigated the stripping of oxygen in sucrose solution in a RPB. Various factors affect dissolved oxygen (DO) and overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient(KLa) were investigated, such as rotating speed, gas flow rate, liquid flow rate and sucrose concentration.
