碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 藝術與人文教學研究所 === 102 === This proposed research aimed at investigating the influence factors of the student participation in the junior wind bands, including the attitude of teacher, learning attitude of students, musical performance, group influence and attitude of parents. Questionnaire was applied in the survey to 376 students from eight schools and the analytical results were as follows: (I) The influence on the participation of the junior bands was discussed in 3 parts: Parents, Students themselves and Teachers. Parent part had the major influence and its sub-factors listed in decreasing order were family economy, grades asking and supporting level. Student part had medium influence and its sub-factors listed in decreasing order were group influence and the advance of musical ability. Teacher part had less influence and its sub-factors listed in decreasing order were conductor’s characteristic, conductor’s profession and assistant teacher. (II) Regional influence was discuss between New Taipei City, Keelung City and Taipei City. In New Taipei City and Keelung City, Parents part had the main influence on the participation of the junior bands. However, it is worth mentioning that Student part had the main influence in Taipei City. According to the conclusion, some suggestions were given about the training of bands, and future studies.
