Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊工程系 === 102 === This article is to identify the action of gestures and the functionality to operate the TV via DSP (Digital Signal Process) system to handles signal processing, to achieve parallel processing to speed up gesture identification of the algorithm computation by using internal computing hardware architecture, we developed the DSP embedded system development board of a system that combines hand tracking and gesture recognition, allowing users to control the functions only by their own hands in long distance, which providing easier and more convenient life.. In this paper, we propose the detection of fingertip point feature methodproportion method for hand positioning, and we mixed Meanshift and Harr-like feature and two methods in the tracking. From the experimental results, the use of the proposed method for hand positioning, tracking and functional command of gestures recognition, which is not only can achieve real time hand tracking results but also can also effectively complete instructions under the disturbed environments.
