Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 102 === This study is to investigate the impact organizational culture and organization identification on organizational performance in the Asset Management Industry, in order to understand the organizational culture, organization identification and organizational performance relationship. The main purpose of this paper are: (1) investigate the employee's organizational culture, organization identification and organizational performance; (2) to explore the effects of different types of organizational culture on the organization identification ; (3) to explore the impact on organizational performance of the organization identification ; (4) investigate the impact of identification through the organization mediating effect on organizational performance of different types of organizational culture; (5)to explore the influence of multi-reaction of organizational culture characters of employee (6) as the future industry and academia on the company 's research and reference direction . The Data were analyzed through SPSS, and the main analyzing methods were descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis The conclusions are as follows: (1) organizational culture for the organization identification has a positive impact on results ; (2) organization identification on organizational performance has a positive effect ; (3) organizational culture on organizational performance has a positive effect ; (4) organizational culture on organizational performance and indirectly affect the results ; (5) organization identification with between organizational culture and organizational performance interference effects ; (6) a variety of organizational culture exist in Asset Management Industry.
